Content protection, takedowns, and our legal foundation
Anyone can now report a copyright concern through the public report form — no account needed, with a deliberately high documentation bar. Reports land in a real review queue where takedowns unpublish the design (the file is never deleted) and notify the shop owner, every shop member, and the reporter. Alongside it: full Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use, and DMCA & Copyright pages. Fulfillment also gained a hard guarantee: an order only ever reaches a production partner after payment has cleared.
Contracts now live inside FetchMy.art. Build reusable templates with merge fields (think “Standard Proof Approval” or “Logo Usage License”), send them filled per client, and your client signs on a white-label page — the emailed link is the credential, no login required. They draw or type their signature, and the record becomes an immutable PDF capturing the exact document text, the signature, and an audit block with signer, timestamp, and IP. Signed requests can never be altered.

Send orders to production partners
The fulfillment network takes orders. Pick a partner-fulfilled product, set quantity and cost, choose what the partner produces and where it goes — blind drop-ship under YOUR branding, ship to your shop, or hold for pickup — then send now or queue and release together. Every order carries a full event timeline with tracking, stock decrements automatically, and your fulfillment card is charged as orders are accepted.
Products, stock tracking, and fulfillment enrollment
Wrap any design — or a blank with no artwork — into a product with a SKU and routing: produced in-house or by a production partner. Turn on stock tracking where it matters (made-to-order never needs it) with quantities, low-stock alerts, and a lightweight log for blanks you ship out. Enrollment in the fulfillment network happens right in Settings, with secure card payments on file for fulfillment charges.
Clients can now click the exact spot on a proof and leave a numbered pin with their comment attached. You see the same pins on the proof detail page, can pre-mark areas yourself, and resolve or reopen each one — clients see the state update. Every pin action joins the proof's exportable audit trail. Also in this wave: duplicate detection was repaired for transparent artwork — hit “Re-scan library” and previously invisible duplicates surface.
Transparent art could previously reach the AI flattened to a solid black square — which explained some truly strange titles. Every AI call, thumbnail, and palette extraction now composites transparency onto white, so the AI sees what you see. Also new: a mature-content flag (with an option to keep flagged designs out of your public gallery), pencil-edit on every design field so manual entry never requires an AI run, folder suggestions that learn from your rejections, and file downloads that come straight from your own domain.

Estimates that explain themselves, in your measurement system
Every field on the estimate generator is labeled, picking a design shows its real size — print size for rasters, stitched size for embroidery — and sizes render in your choice of imperial or metric. Huge garment-catalog packs now import reliably as background jobs with live progress. And changing your shop's web address can keep the old one redirecting for up to 30 days, so links in the wild keep working.
One design can become a DTF transfer, a sticker, drinkware, embroidery, and more — so AI titles and descriptions now describe the artwork only: subject, style, mood, occasion. Never a product, material, or delivery format. Also: bulk cleanup for empty folders, categories, and tags in one click, and 12 quick background swatches on every design page for checking transparent art. The library sidebar became a true explorer-style tree with exact per-format counts.

Bring your own domain — with automatic SSL
Add a subdomain or an apex domain, follow the numbered non-technical DNS steps, and press Verify — SSL certificates are issued automatically the moment verification passes. A monitor keeps watching your DNS and lets you know if anything changes (your built-in address keeps working the whole time). Custom domains are plan-gated, and a shop's verified domain extends to all of its brands.
Select designs and edit their images together: crop away transparent or solid margins without touching the artwork, resize to a target width in inches (DPI-aware), or convert to PNG, JPG, or WEBP. Every edit lands as a new version with a new file — originals are never modified.

A real pricing engine
Define your decoration methods — DTF, embroidery, screen print, anything — and price each with flat rates, per-square-inch area pricing with quantity breaks and minimums, or a full price matrix. Pricing tiers like Retail and Wholesale keep every table scoped to the right client. Embroidery quoting uses an approximate stitch count until the real digitized count takes over, and entering one dimension auto-scales the other from the design's true aspect ratio.

Instant stitch previews and smarter sew times
Stitch files now render in the interactive viewer the instant the design page opens — parsed right in your browser, with pan, zoom, and stitch-by-stitch playback. Sew-time estimates got real: they now account for machine pauses at every color change and trim, on top of stitch time at your machine speed. Another starter thread catalog joined the built-in set.
Producers can mint an invite code scoped to one folder or collection — never the whole library — and a partner shop redeems it for a standing connection. Partners only ever see resolution-capped previews watermarked with their own brand; your name never reaches their customers, and full-resolution files stay unreachable. Revoke anytime and everything disappears from the partner instantly.
Import entire garment catalogs — styles, colorways, and images — in one shot, with decoration zones carrying real inch dimensions. Mockups now composite onto calibrated zones of real garments, colors are picked from a searchable swatch grid built for 100-color styles, and any mockup exports as a full-resolution PNG or a web-ready copy. Plus: Empty Trash, for reclaiming storage permanently and safely.
Share one folder or collection with anyone via a tokenized public link — no login, watermarked previews, optional expiry, and downloads only if you allow them. Embroidery preview and metadata now cover roughly 40 stitch formats, conversions offer only formats that write reliably, and every file in a bundle can carry its own caption.
The folder tree goes five levels deep with real breadcrumbs and per-folder counts that roll up. Selection mode gained bulk category and bulk tag actions, moving works across the whole indented tree, and a new Library & taxonomy settings screen manages folders, categories, and tags — rename, merge, and clean up with usage counts in view.
Every stitch upload now extracts stitch count, color stops, hoop size, and a sew-time estimate. Thread color management arrived with starter catalogs, CSV import for your own, and automatic color matching that flags weak matches instead of guessing. The interactive stitch viewer plays back designs colored by their thread assignments. Proofs got embroidery-smart too: clients suggest thread changes you apply in one click, attach reference files, and every resend is a numbered revision with a full exportable audit trail. And you can now search the library by physical dimensions.
